General Return Policy

Due to the sacred and energetic nature of our products (Gemstones, Rudrakshas, Sacred Powders), we have strict guidelines to maintain the purity and intention of the items. Once an item leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take extreme care in packaging your items securely. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at info.shivcosmic@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.
3. Wait for our team to review your request. We typically respond within 24-48 hours and will provide an appropriate resolution.
